Delete your account and data
You can have your Bankroll Pro account deleted at any time. This page explains how and what happens.
Option 1: Delete all data inside the app
Open Settings in the app and scroll to "Reset account". This immediately deletes all your bets, bankrolls, bookmaker balances, goals and notes and resets your settings. Your login stays active.
Option 2: Delete the account completely
Send an email to support@bankrollproapp.com with the subject "Delete account", from the email address you registered with. We confirm your request within 48 hours and delete your account and all data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email), all bets, bankrolls, bookmaker balances, goals, notes and settings. Photos you uploaded for the bet slip scanner are deleted on request as well.
What we have to keep
Invoices and payment records for Pro subscriptions are kept as long as tax law requires (7 years in Austria). They contain no betting data. Cancel any running subscription first in the Pro section of the app or by email.
